I hope everyone had a fantastic weekend! A few updates as we move forward in our season.

Fees
The $50 PTP was due last month, please make a payment to the front office ASAP.
The $100 Uniform fee can also be made at the front office between 7:30-2:30. We can not order the uniforms until everyone has paid! Please make a payment ASAP and show me a copy of the receipt so I can mark it off in CutTime. Please contact me directly if there is any hardship; we will come up with a solution.

Tax-Credits
This year, the deadline for tax credits that you can claim on your 2020 tax return is extended until April 15! So far we have received $2400 in tax credit donations for indoor percussion! Thank you to those who have contributed! Tax credits help us with equipment purchases that benefit indoor percussion and the band as a whole! Make sure to designate SHS Fine Arts and send myself and Mrs. Garcia your receipt so we can keep track!

Booster Contributions
Typically in addition to the PTP and Uniform Fee we also encourage a donation to our booster organization, Sahuarita Music Boosters. Since we have not been able to fundraise, we are struggling financially as an organization. We have 6 staff members working with our program and they are paid by our amazing booster organization. The suggested contribution is $100.

If you are financially able, please make a donation to our boosters. While you can’t use a tax credit, it is tax-deductible, as they are a 501c3 organization. You can make a donation online at the link below.
