Parents,

We have been approved for our club fundraiser, I have created an assignment in our google classroom, this is NOT a graded assignment but I hope every student will participate. In the past we would have had multiple car washes, onsite fundraisers and Butterbraid pastry sales in addition to this email campaign. Please help us to be successful. We will have a club meeting as stated in #3 with our fundraising promoter, if you want to attend, join us, if not I will record the presentation and post it on our website for you to watch later www.sahuaritamusic.org.  We will record a video as it states in #3 for students to participate in for 30 minutes next week. If you have any questions please let me know.

This is our ONLY club fundraiser of the year, we need your help to make it successful
1. start filling out the attached form with emails of your family and friends, we will explain at our launch party next week, we did this fundraiser last year, find your old list if you have one
2. If you would like to help make our video that we will send to your family and friends about why our Performing Arts Clubs need money come and help.
Wednesday, February 3rd 5pm at SMS, we will meet at Sahuarita Middle School Gym, this will take about 30 minutes, wear a mask, wear SHS gear, our current performing arts sweatshirt or a past music Tee-shirt with jeans and tennis shoes
3. We are having a required meeting to go over this campaign on Monday, February 8th at 12:30pm – goggle meets your parents can attend with you if they want.
4. Our campaign will last 3 weeks, we hope to raise a lot of money for future uniforms and lower strings purchases
