I got really excited when I got the information for Phase 2 and I wanted to notify everyone of the schedule change ASAP. Below is more clarification on what Phase 2 means for us. This Weekend Saturday we will still rehearse as scheduled. Battery/Cymbals 9:30-11:30 and Front Ensemble is 10:00-noon. Monday, we will all start at 11:00am and end at 8:00pm. Meal break will be at 3:00pm. Nobody is permitted to leave campus for the break, so please make sure you bring a meal. Hey everyone! So we are still in Phase 1 this weekend. We are anticipating moving into Phase 2 at the beginning of February to coincide with Winter Sports, depending on the decisions made at the district level. A reminder of the start times: Mallets: 9:30a-11:30a Cymbals & Rhythm: 9:45a-11:45a Battery: 10:00a-12:00p The staff and I will move all of the equipment outside of the band room before rehearsal starts. You must arrive 15 minutes early to move your equipment to your location. Hello all, Our camp is still scheduled for Wednesday, December, 30 through January 2. After several conversations with our school administration over the past few days, we have to move forward utilizing Phase 1 protocols. In Phase 1, we are only allowed to rehearse in groups of 10 and for 2 hours a day. Our camp schedule will be a combination of in-person and virtual instruction to accommodate district guidelines. We have staggered start/end times to maximize social distancing.
