Dear Parents,
Our awards night is Thursday, May 13th at 7pm in the courtyard of Sahuarita High School. Please arrive 5-10 minutes early to find a seat and be ready for the evening.
I ask that all attendees follow district guidelines:
1. Sit socially distant (tables and chairs provided)
2. Wear a proper fitting face covering
3. Please bring water, we do have a NEW water refill station right next to the band room if you need more
Students are asked to dress up for the awards ceremony but parents and guests may wear what they want. Our theme this year is Luau (Hawaiian).
7pm ~ Awards, followed by a slide show and we have cupcakes coming from Safeway
