This course focuses on movement of the body with reference to Ballet, Jazz, Modern and Hip-Hop dancing. Students will perform as a member of the flag team during football season and on their own during basketball season. Grading will be based on participation, physical skills, and preparation. Attending summer band camp is expected. Participation will include some night and weekend practices and performances, as well as some travel.
Prerequisite: Successful audition and/or the Director’s signature
Course Fee: $50, $100 enrichment, other expenses as necessary, shoes, apparel, uniform not to exceed $100, etc.
