Volunteers
For our show, I am requesting that each student have at least one parent or sibling (above 21yrs) volunteer to help us. The shift for volunteers will be 4-8. Please visit the website to signup via the sign up genius. http://shsmusic.rocks/indoor-show

Hospitality
In efforts to offset costs, I would like parent help for our director/staff hospitality room. The directors and staff are the ones who decide which shows their groups sign up for, so I would like to give them a great experience. I have decided to do a “Taco Bar” for the directors/staff/judges. I need several parents to prepare in crock pots taco meat, shredded chicken, beans, and rice. Also, I will be asking each section to provide certain elements to make it successful. Please let me know if you are willing to help! We need to plan on about 30-40 people served.
Snare/Impacts/Tenors- Small flour tortillas and/or hard taco shells
Cymbals/Basses – Toppings (shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, cheese, salsa, sour cream)
Front Ensemble – Pastries/small bite items
