Krispy Kreme Fundraiser
Donuts will be ready for pickup in the band room at 3:00 on Monday! A HUGE thank you to Mrs. Varner, Mrs. Cornaby, Hannah, and Mrs. Garcia for helping orchestrate this fundraiser. A few students should stay for a little bit after school to sell leftover donuts to other students. What we have leftover we can also sell Tuesday morning before school.
Rehearsals
The calendar had initially said that we have rehearsal this week on Monday and Wednesday. Since it is finals week, and I am out of town for a conference, I have decided to cancel rehearsals. Students should be practicing their music over break.
Drumline Camp
Drumline Camp is Thursday, January 2 through Saturday, January 4. We will learn most of our show on these days and attendance is mandatory. This is also outlined in the handbook. Students will need to bring a lunch, and I’m working on getting dinners donated. I will update with a detailed schedule as we draw closer to camp.
Payments
Thank you to everyone who has made payments thus far. We still have several students who have not made uniform payments or reached out to me to setup a payment arrangement. This is always a touchy subject, but please communicate with me if there are any issues and I can work with you. Please refer to the handbook for policies on payments.
Remind
If you have not signed up for Remind, please do. This is the fastest and easiest way for me to communicate with everyone. You can also text me through remind personally. I hope everyone does amazing job on their finals and have a wonderful holiday. I’m traveling throughout the break, but will reply to emails as promptly as I can.
