Dear Parents,
Game Day Friday, students should wear the blue band shirt to school all day. Students should have marching shoes and black socks for the game! The carwash was a huge success after two deposits we made a profit of $1300, these funds will be used to purchase the vinyl covers for the field props in the show. Thank you to Chelsea Robling for reaching out to the GV quilting group, they have agreed to sew the swing flags. I am now in a rush to order the material and get them into production!
Curriculum
The first objective sheet is due this Friday by 4pm. Many students have already completed the assignment and turned it in, AWESOME! I will still grade the assignment up to one week late, but for late credit. Ask your child how much they have completed at this point. Next week is a four day week, we are going to focus on minor scales from the warm-up book. We will test Part II for music memory and begin detailed work on Part III of the show.
