Hope everyone had a wonderful holiday! A quick update for the upcoming camp on January 2-4 (I double-checked the dates this time!) Camp Checklist   Water bottle EAR PLUGS Sack lunch Athletic shoes (non-negotiable) 3-ring binder with sheet protectors Pencil Battery: Dark, form-fitting, athletic clothing. Nothing flashy, and NO JEANS Meals Lunch will be at 12:00 everyday, and last 45 minutes. Students will not be permitted to leave campus during this time. Hope everyone is ready for winter break! A few things… Krispy Kreme Fundraiser Donuts will be ready for pickup in the band room at 3:00 on Monday! A HUGE thank you to Mrs. Varner, Mrs. Cornaby, Hannah, and Mrs. Garcia for helping orchestrate this fundraiser.  A few students should stay for a little bit after school to sell leftover donuts to other students. Week at a glance Monday, December 2 - Rehearsal 5:30-8:30 - I understand that there is a concert band rehearsal right after school. Students will not have time to leave campus for dinner before indoor percussion rehearsal. We will have a short amount of time to eat around 5:30. This email is geared towards the students, but parents and staff are copied on the email so everyone is in the know. I am extremely excited that everyone is so eager to learn their new instruments and have a successful season, but I need to clarify a few procedures. Sahuarita Indoor Percussion is a strictly extracurricular activity. This means that all practice and sectionals will occur outside of the school day.
