Dear Parents,

WOW we have had two home games in a row where the team went into overtime. Thank you for your patients as we supported the team to the end of the game, won or lose we showed our Mustang Pride all night. Our carwash this weekend at Auto Zone was a huge success, we made our goal of raising over $1000.00, I will post the exact amount in next weeks email. Thanks to everyone who supported the car wash event. The coffins are almost done, thanks to Gabby Perry who has been in all week staining and painting the finishing touches on them.

Monday, September 17th we will have a travel meeting focused on fundraising and how to pay for your child’s travel to San Antonio. 5:45pm in the band room, don’t miss out, I have lots of helpful ways to pay for this once in a lifetime event.

Curriculum:
Students will be tested on the Star Spangled Banner and Part II of the show for memory and musical content. Students should turn in their objective sheet for partial credit, it was due for full credit on Friday. The next objective sheet will begin the week of the 17th.

Parent Needs:
If you have not yet donated a case of water for your child please do so as soon as possible, we use a lot of water this time of year. If you have not paid for your child’s class fee it is due. Please send money with your child to school or stop by the front office to take care of the cost between 7:30am-2:15pm.
We have a percentage night this week with the new Mod Pizza Restaurant here in Sahuarita. Students will bring home small flyers to help promote the event, this is an easy way for us to raise some money by having dinner at a set restaurant. Please bring the flyer or reference the flyer on our booster face book page when you attend the dinner prior to paying.
